The library is town and township tax supported; therefore, residents within the taxing district boundaries of the town of Andrews and of Dallas Township are entitled to library cards. Library cards may also be issued to students of Andrews Elementary School who reside in Polk Township. Non-resident cards may be purchased for $35.00.
Getting a library card: Please bring your ID with your current address. If your ID does not have your current address, please bring your ID AND an additional official document that does have your current address such as a pay stub, utility bill, bank or insurance statement, or property tax bill.

PUBLIC COMPUTERS
Internet browsing and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are available on our public use computers. Computer use is limited to 30 minute sessions; if no one is waiting to use the computer, your time may be extended.
For anyone under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must come into the library to sign a policy with the child, allowing the child’s use of the Internet at the library.
